Works presented in previous editions, those made by people involved in the organization, those that have a touristic, advertising, commercial or business orientation, or those that uncritically promote or disseminate speeches or thoughts of hatred and discrimination towards other groups will not be accepted, the Festival organizers being the only ones with the power to reject any work that they consider matches any of these restrictions or other similar, yet not specified, ones.

Failure to present subtitles in an appropriate size may also result in the exclusion of the work for selection.
